How to Prepare Mix-lah Whipping Cream Powder

1.Mix 100g powder with 200ml COLD WATER into a bowl. 

2.Use a hand mixer to mix the ingredients for 3-5 minutes (low speed 1 min, high speed 2-4 min). 

3.Serve the whipping cream on top of the beverage or dessert.
