Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we do ship internationally but some countries would have certain restriction of imported goods. Please email us at support@mybakingmart.com


Q: How long does it take to deliver to Singapore and Brunei?

A: To save some of the shipping cost, we will advise the customer to use Pos Malaysia International Flexipack it will take 10 working days to arrive. We can also arrange for EMS and DHL courier for speedy delivery subjected to the customer's preference.


Q; How long does it take to deliver to Sabah/Sarawak?

A: Normally, it will take around 2-5 days.


Q: How much is the commision charge for the Paypal transaction?

A: We will charge 3% from the total bill.


Q: Can I place order on the website and self-pickup at the showroom?

A: Yes, please call 06 8566499 for confirmation of your order.


Q: Do you accept debit card/ credit card at the showroom?

A: Yes, we have few payment channels. Visa & Master, Paypal, Maybank QR Pay and Direct Bank transfer.


Q: I am international buyer, how can I pay my order on the website?

A: International buyer can pay via Paypal, Wester Union and telegraphic transfer.


Q: Do you provide dropship program or wholesale program?

Q: Why are the price of products are different between platforms?

A: Besides Mybakingmart website, we do have other platforms such as Lazada, Shopee & 11street. These platforms have different ongoing promotion and subsidies. We encourage the customers to compare the prices before buying.
