They’re great for rolling in miniature ‘pains au chocolat’ or for adding a lighter chocolate twist to regular-sized rolls and bakery products. They taste bittersweet, have a full chocolate body and pronounced notes of roasted cocoa. The chocolate for these rolls contains less cocoa butter to resist oven temperatures up to 200°C and to keep them from burning.
